Fund unit holders of the common funds and alternative investment funds managed by GRIT Fund Management Company Ltd are hereby given notice of the Annual General Meeting of unit holders to be held on Wednesday, 24 April 2019, beginning at 2.00 pm Finnish time, in the office of the fund management company in Vaasa (address: Alatori 1 A, 65100 Vaasa).
During the meeting, matters stated in the fund rules are handled.
A unit holder wishing to attend the meeting shall notify the fund management company of its participation by 4.00 pm Finnish time on 23 April 2019 at the latest by email fundadmin@gritfundservices.fi or by telephone +358 (0)20 7613 350. Unit holders, their representatives, or proxy representatives present at the meeting should, where required, be able to prove their identity and/or authorization to represent a unit holder.
