of the fund rules of Investium Real Estate Asset Management AIF

As part of a new marketing strategy for the fund, the board of the fund management company has resolved to change the name of the fund in the fund’s rules. The new name is International Real Estate AIF.
Also, two new fund classes have been founded which are marketed by a third-party marketer.
The amended rules, including the new name of the fund, enter into force on 22 April 2019. The fund’s rules are available from the fund management company upon request.
