Amendment of the fund rules of Estlander & Partners Freedom AIF, Estlander & Partners Glacies AIF and Estlander & Partners Alpha Trend 3x AIF.

GRIT Fund Management Company Ltd has decided to update the fund rules of Estlander & Partners Freedom AIF, Estlander & Partners Glacies AIF and Estlander & Partners Alpha Trend 3x AIF. The update contains a precision on what costs can be borne by the Fund, as well as smaller, linguistic changes to the Fund rules.

Additionally, in Estlander & Partners Glacies AIF all references to money market instruments has been removed, as they are no longer relevant to the Fund.

These changes are set to enter into force as of 1 October 2022, and require no action to be taken by the fund unit holders.
