The board of directors of GRIT Fund Management Company Ltd has decided to amend the prospectus of Estlander & Partners Alpha Trend 3x AIF.

The Portfolio Management Fee for D-units is increased from 1 % to 1,5 %, and a Performance Fee is as of the amendment no longer borne from D-units.

The amended prospectus is set to enter into force as of 1 January 2024, and is available from the AIFM and the portfolio manager. The amendment does not require any action from fund unit holders.
