In connection with organizational changes, the Board of Directors of GRIT Fund Management Company Ltd has decided to withdraw the intra-group delegation of portfolio management to Estlander & Partners Ltd.

The management company notes that the change does not involve any changes to the funds’ investment strategies or fee levels. The change does not require any action from unitholders.

The funds’ updated rules, prospectuses and key information documents reflecting the change are intended to enter into force on 1 May 2024. From the date indicated, the portfolio management of the funds will be managed by GRIT Fund Management Company.

The following funds are affected by the change:

• Estlander & Partners Alpha Trend 3x AIF
• Estlander & Partners Freedom Fund AIF
• Estlander & Partners Tailhedge AIF
• GRIT HSS Longview Specialplaceringsfond
• GRIT SLS AIF
• Redeye Nordic Hidden Champions AIF
• Specialplaceringsfond Estlander & Partners Portfolio Enhancing Fund AI
• Specialplaceringsfond Estlander & Partners Portfolio Enhancing Fund AIII

Update 30 April 2024:

In connection with the change the fund names for some funds are updated. The updated names in english are:

• Estlander & Partners Alpha Trend 3x GRIT AIF
• Estlander & Partners Freedom GRIT AIF
• Estlander & Partners Tailhedge GRIT AIF

The new names enter into force 31 May 2024.
